EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

Please note: All products are ‘made to order’

• SEHER STUDIO will only provide the option of exchange for size, made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• SEHER STUDIO  does not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE & ONE SIZE.
• SEHER STUDIO is unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product.
• In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives comes damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at seher.studio1@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Make video of package while opening till end (there may be missing item) no responsibilty without video.
• Open package with hands. Do not use scissors or blade.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.seherstudio.in . A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account.
• Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
